Geographical location

The project is located in the Olympic Sports section of Binjiang District, Hangzhou, west of Times Avenue and north of Binkang Road, which is a key area for planning and development in Hangzhou. The project is close to the Qiantang River, has a unique ecological environment and an excellent geographical location, and has also become a national level The key science and technology development area has the world-class high-tech park-Binjiang Science and Technology City, which attracts many IT industry head enterprises to settle here. The designer integrates the "water" element in the natural environment into the space and combines modern technology concepts. Constructed a futuristic modern technology "Ark" in the interior space.

Indoor landscape

Bring natural elements into the interior space and create the concept of "indoor landscape". Entering the reception hall, you will see the waterscape, step by step, step by step, using the design elements of the natural landscape to transform the outdoor The garden landscape is integrated into the interior space, highlighting the design concept of returning to nature. Moving to the elevator hall, the geometric lines on the wall are staggered and overlapping, and the combination of vertical lines and tension injects more space into the space. The concept of technology is emphasized.

Modern "ark"

The lobby bar combines the grille with the concept of "ship" to create a modern concept "ark". The designer uses the scenery of the Qiantang River as the body of this project, and it is also the source of inspiration for the design, showing the ecology Quiet spiritual space. Wired glass screens are arranged in an array, and the semi-transparent texture gives the space a sense of lightness and transparency. Through the glass screen, the concept is strikingly presented in a spherical shape. The audio-visual room presents the shape of the spaceship in space, creating a surreal and creative concept space.

Kris Lin

CNAM obtained a master's degree in architectural management from France. In 2001, (KLID) Kris Lin International Design office was founded in Shanghai, dedicated to the field of architectural interior space design. In 2006, he published a collection of his personal works, "KLID vision".

Engaged in professional design for 21 years, has been committed to architectural design, interior design and landscape design of continuous research and innovation.
