We are delighted to invite you to join us for a memorable gala dinner at the prestigious Tokyo American Club in celebration of the upcoming award ceremony. This enchanting evening promises an unforgettable dining experience amidst a joyous and celebratory atmosphere.
To ensure the smooth and seamless organization of this event, we kindly request that you provide the following information is now extended to October 14, 2023. If you need to invite more guests with you, you may contact us on or before July 31 or send you enquiries to us directly.
The dinner menu has been attached for your review so you can familiarize yourself with the exquisite culinary offerings that await. In case you or any of your guests have specific dietary requirements or food allergies, please fill out the enclosed Form. We can then make the necessary arrangements and ensure you have a delightful dining experience.
As we believe in making this special occasion accessible to all, we have provided different cost options for the gala dinner:
Individual: 12,500 yen per person
Special Discount for 2 Persons: 24,000 yen for two persons
Special Discount for 3 Persons: 35,000 yen for three persons
Table Reservation (10 Persons): 100,500 yen per table
