Remarkable Arts by Sen Design/ Hsing-Fu Huang
The main concept of this project is integration of arts and life; on the one hand, it shows the living style of the client, on the other hand, it also broadens its aesthetics and adding an elegant life to the original excellent geographical environment. The outdoor natural scenery and the artificial nature that was created by the marble wall enrich the aesthetics of the house; and the progressive spatial planning, from the entrance, guest room, dining room, kitchen, reading area, bedroom, is not only for the sake of the artwork, but also the smooth and comfortable environment in order to create an exquisite and delicate space.
The design team carefully considered the client's appropriate understanding of living space, and proposed the most optimized solution. The actual layout is defined by 1:1 ratio space simulation, allowing the users to feel the true space scale. Moreover, the designers presented all the healthy and environmentally friendly building materials which are scheduled to be used on the site, and a sample wall was made to communicate with the clients accurately. The design not only emphasizes the traffic flow and functions, but also pays special attention to building materials that are non-toxic and harmless to the body, and insists on creating a healthy and comfortable living environment.
Based on the belief of sustainable coexistence and caring for the earth-sunlight, air, and water are the most important requirements for the indoor environment. The space is divided by moving lines and then used continuously. It not only presents the best natural lighting and ventilation functions, but also reduces the use of artificial light, achieving energy saving and carbon reduction. Coupled with the water purification equipment system, it provides healthier and purer water supply for the residence. The designer further applies durable and natural building materials to reduce waste resources, and achieve the design principles of environmental protection and nature.
