An old factory plant renovation project, the Zeng Fengfei Apparel Cultural Center covers 1012.5m2. Through the use of traditional Chinese gardening techniques, the interior design lays out a narrative in miniature of the "hall, corridor, bridge, lane, and courtyard" scenes. As a result of designing the space so that the "fun in the garden" is communicated in the flowing lines of the vast, empty plant, the space is designed in accordance with the ZENG FENGFEI brand design concept, which incorporates various functions, including brand communication, socialization, exhibition, and runway shows. By integrating the exclusive store, clothing exhibition hall, and studio into one location, it breaks the stereotype of an exclusive store.
Material ingenuity lies in the use of red bricks and modern metal plates as materials, sophisticated art installations, realistic projections and excellent sound as technologies, and the Hall, Corridor, Court and Courtyard of the Chinese garden as the stages for the shift of scenes. There is a constant change in the atmosphere of the entire place. It had an air of simplicity, elegance, implicit, quietness, harmony, comfort, and naturalness, as well as ZENG FENGFEI's Chinese connotations and style.

Thus, Zeng Fengfei Apparel Cultural Center combines the layout style of modern building blocks with the characteristics of traditional Chinese gardens.
