This project aims to inject design-oriented academic discussions into the space, exploring how to transform the space into a soothing art installation. It delves into the relationship between consciousness, personal emotions and space, aiming to create an emotional environment. With curved shape as the visual focal point, it presents a pure texture through a light color palette. In this space imbued with gentle elements, it showcases tension and flexibility while maintaining a sense of balance.
Create a social gathering space within the soothing art installation, promoting fluidity and human interaction through an open layout. The spatial relationships echo each other, with the original pillars in the front area enveloped; the interior features a textured paint finish, providing a tactile experience; the right side of the space is segmented and enclosed by curves, allowing the internal ambiance to be felt even from the outside.
The lines of the chair back naturally extend into the space, with a material of soft leather, counteracting the pressure from the chair's shape. The gentle curves of the chair contrast sharply with the sturdy material, creating an interactive, open and inclusive space amidst various arcs.
Over 5000 independent transparent luminous spheres, each with a diameter of 150mm, are connected in a linear fashion and then assembled into a surface. This breathing-style intelligent lighting source serves as both an artistic installation and provides illumination for dining tables. Mirrors are arranged on the walls to extend the sense of interior space, enhancing the visual impact to the maximum.
The ceiling is skillfully designed to be lower, reducing the perceived distance from the floor. White tablecloths, accentuated by concealed light strips, become luminous elements, creating a transparent and filled space throughout.
