Job 001: Project Manager (With architect, engineer, QS or anyone with a construction background.)

The proposed candidate should be more in the construction with an engineering background. He/She would be responsible for:

  • Look after a construction site

  • Liaise with Architect and Contractor to resolve design and construction-related matter

  • Submit weekly and monthly reports on the construction activities

  • Monitor the quality and schedule of construction works

  • Monitor the budget for the project

  • Fluent in Japanese/ English

  • At least 3-5 years in experiences.

This position project in Japan is a super luxury residential project located in Tokyo. It consists of 14 high-end residential units and currently under construction with overall completion by 2022. The company is looking for an individual preferably a Japanese as the Client Project Manager to liaise with the local project team including the Architect, QS and Contractor for the project in terms of construction, costing,  reporting and all local liaison works including meeting with buyers and marketing agents. The PM could be an architect, engineer, QS or anyone with a construction background.
