This is a project to build a new kindergarten created to bring out student potential using an educational policy aimed at nurturing independence through sports and physical activity.

The residence location is in a quiet and historical neighborhood besides a lake, where a number of prestigious traditional Japanese houses dotted around, however, such traditional Japanese scenery has been deteriorating because of the recent continued urbanization.
