The Soil designed by Oft Interiors Ltd.

"MCL+ Hollywood Theatre"  Hollywood Theatre is the largest theater in Hong Kong's East Kowloon district. It is a new theater brand jointly invested by MCL Cinemas of the Lai Sun Development Company Limited and the Emperor Group.

Oft Interiors taps into the local culture, gradually landing the old historical relics into the current living scenes, telling new stories through design, reaching out to the emotions of the moviegoers, and integrating the customers' concerns about the space experience into the brand solution.

In terms of design, Oft Interiors goes beyond the existing cinema layout to build a fun and participatory exploration scene, so that when moviegoers enter the cinema, what they get is not a tangible product, but a pleasant experience of returning to the industrial era.

The design of this case is inspired by the history of Diamond Hill in Hong Kong. Diamond Hill was originally an ore mountain, and over time, the mine formed over millions of years gradually died out under the process of urbanization.

In the space, Oft Interiors design to recreate the impact of geological movements and industrial revolution on this area, leaving the viewer with a scene of self-reflection and deep empathy in the form of a story.
