"MCL+ Hollywood Theatre"  Hollywood Theatre is the largest theater in Hong Kong's East Kowloon district. It is a new theater brand jointly invested by MCL Cinemas of the Lai Sun Development Company Limited and the Emperor Group. Oft Interiors taps into the local culture, gradually landing the old historical relics into the current living scenes, telling new stories through design, reaching out to the emotions of the moviegoers, and integrating the customers' concerns about the space experience into the brand solution.

Concept “Silence” : Japanese word “shinkan”, commonly translated as a silence, can also mean “deep quietness or stillness” depending on the use of kanji (Chinese characters). It expresses a way of falling completely silent without making a single sound.

This is a project for a residential complex in central Tokyo. The concept of "pure residential" was presented by the project owner, as the tower was to have only residential functions in an environment surrounded by offices, hotels, and building complexes.
