Ricoh HK designed by See How Group (Hong Kong)

See How Group designing the future of Ricoh HK by combining innovation and nature-inspired design. The integration of advanced smart technology systems, biophilic design elements by adding indoor plants and natural materials, ergonomic furniture in dynamic workstations, and sustainable features with low-emission materials creates a harmonious and stimulating environment that supports productivity and collaboration. Our goal is to create a coworking space that not only inspires innovation but also supports the well-being of its users and the planet.

To foster innovation, we have incorporated cutting-edge technology and modern design elements throughout the space. Smart technology systems, such as advanced audiovisual equipment and integrated digital solutions, enhance productivity and facili- tate seamless collaboration among coworkers. Ergonomic furniture and adaptable workstations have been carefully selected to support flexibility and cater to the diverse needs of the individuals using the space.

In parallel, we have integrated nature-inspired design elements to bring a sense of tranquility and connec- tion with the natural world. Biophilic design principles are at the forefront, with the incorporation of living green walls, indoor plants, and natural materials like wood and stone. These elements not only create a visually appealing environment but also contribute to the well-being and productivity of the occupants.

Abundant natural light fills the space, promoting a sense of openness and vitality. Large windows offer panoramic views of the surrounding greenery, allowing coworkers to feel connected to nature even while working indoors. The strategic placement of communal areas and collaborative zones encourages interaction and idea sharing among coworkers, fostering a sense of community and creativity.

Sustainability is an integral part of our design approach. We have implemented energy-efficient lighting solutions, low-emission materials, and recycling programs to minimize the environmental footprint of the co-working space. By incorporating sustainable practices, we aim to create a healthier and more environmentally conscious workspace.
