Concept “Silence” : Japanese word “shinkan”, commonly translated as a silence, can also mean “deep quietness or stillness” depending on the use of kanji (Chinese characters). It expresses a way of falling completely silent without making a single sound.

This is a project for a residential complex in central Tokyo. The concept of "pure residential" was presented by the project owner, as the tower was to have only residential functions in an environment surrounded by offices, hotels, and building complexes.

he diversified combination of business functions promotes the development of space to a compound form. "Food, entertainment and space" are overlapped in a three-dimensional way by design with innovative and cutting edge ideas. Among exploration, collision, reorganization and integration, space is not only the carrier of behavior, but also the transformation and guidance of cognition and behavior.
