Cybozu is a software manufacturer focusing on the development of applications for groupware.

We have set our project concept, named “Cy/cle,” to create an environment that would make Cybozu a strong organization that can meet the needs of ever changing society.

The idea behind this concept is that we would like each and every employee to actively develop their own ideas while other employees and many other outside partners share those ideas and promote cocreation based on them.

This floor embodies the concept of “Cy/cle,” structured as a hub of all the bases and virtual functions for employees' exchange and cooperation, with the plan being to create a place where employees can always be inspired to make innovations even just by simply being there.

This floor is a hub that embodies the concept of "Cy/cle.” The core of this concept is an emphasis on the value of richness in employees’ differing personalities.

To make the most of employees’ ideas, the floor offers an environment that removes barriers due to handicap or cultural differences to allow each individual to flourish, thereby facilitating flexible teamwork.

In order to allow employees to work on what they want according to their objectives, the area for teamwork that requires divergent thinking is designed as a flexible, spacious open space with warm base colors, while the areas for solo or small group work that expect convergent thinking are structured to have a quiet atmosphere with cool base colors.

The entire floor design is intended to support the mutual sympathy and cooperation of employees, while creating a sophisticated environment that accommodates various combinations of online and in-person exchanges.
