In this project, a monument to attract visitors and a gallery allowing them to experience the 70-history of TOKYO BROADCASTING SYSTEM TELEVISION, INC. (TBS), from its start to the present day, were designed and constructed for the interior of the AKASAKA BLITZ Studio building, which is owned by TBS. The ratio of TV viewers and radio listeners in Japan is said to be higher than in other countries. Since its start as a TV/radio broadcasting station, TBS has been providing people with entertaining content for 70 years. 

Marunouchi Street Park is a pilot project that transforms the streets of one of Japan’s leading business districts into a 300m-long park emphasizing the value of connections between community, culture and people.

The area is divided into three blocks, each with distinct themes connected to city life: wellness, culture and ’PARKcation’.

This year, Yoichi distillery will mark the 90th anniversary of its opening. This distillery has served as the ideal location for Masataka Taketsuru, the founder and father of modern Japanese Whisky, to craft his world renowned Scottish inspired Whisky.
