GxP Group Office designed by NOMURA Co.,Ltd
Growth x Partners「Sky AGORA」
New office relocation project for Growth x Partners Incorporated, a DX supporting company for corporations.
The head office was relocated to the 48th floor of Shinjuku Nomura Building, and was designed to be a "performance improvement place where employees can be happy", not just a place to work, but like a plaza where all employees can gather.
The concept we proposed was "Sky Agora".
Inspired by the "Agora", a place in ancient Greek cities where people gathered to engage in various activities, we proposed a workplace where going to work would become enjoyable and discussions would lead to innovation, placing a communication area employees would naturally want to gather in the center.
Taking advantage of the location on the 48th floor overlooking Shinjuku, a bar counter was placed at the best position in the space instead of a working area, to stimulate communication among employees.
Many other features that allow people to actively take action and create opportunities for communication was also created, such as the event space where furniture layout can be freely customized in order to suit the purpose. In addition, to create a comfortable office, artwork by French art director Leslie David was installed on the pillars. The motifs of the artwork are based on natural phenomena such as clouds and mountain ridges, creating a mystical landscape that links with the scenery outside.
This office is not a place to work, but a place where employees gather mainly for social interaction. Through flexible work styles, we expect the office to enhance creativity and grow into a unique office, as the name of the company suggests.
